Ingredients 配料 :
3 Egg Tofu 3条 蛋豆腐
150g Prawn, smashed to paste 150克 虾, 拍成虾泥
2 Eggs 2粒 鸡蛋
30g Carrot, minced 30克 萝卜, 切碎
1 stalk Spring onion, minced 1颗 青葱, 切碎
5 tablespoon Corn flour 5汤匙 玉米粉
Seasonings 调味料 :
½ teaspoon Salt ½茶匙 盐
½ teaspoon Pepper ½茶匙 胡椒粉
2 tablespoon Corn flour 2汤匙 玉米粉

Oil paper is baking paper ? Don't have corn flour can use tapioca flour ?

Hi, just received yr cooking, the sound is very soft, hardly can hear. Hope yr recording sound can adjust as lately few cookings cant hear. Tks!.
