Some openings can be played for fifteen years straight and you're still not finished exploring it. Tartakower may look like it's opening up and simplifying but it remains a super complex and fun game that can be played out to a fun draw, if you're good enough.

I use the caro-kann whenever I have the black pieces now, every time. I usually open with queens gambit when I have white but when I'm black it's caro-kann every time.
