That wasn’t very good espresso I think it’s too course of a grind there was absolutely no crema on there and the steaming of the milk you want to hit the side of the container not the center of the milk

Mine just arrived today and won’t pull anything, I’ve followed the instructions on getting it set but nothing is working. I feel at a loss and am worried it came broken. Could you make a more in depth video with troubleshooting?

Power it off and on the system takes a bit to heat up and you must have enough water to work also.

there was a little elastic stopper on mine underneath the water tank that wasn’t letting mine work! Maybe make sure you took that off!!! So the water can flow!

I had the same problem and the reason was the plastic stopper in the water tank. Take it off :)

having the same problem. i keep turning it off and on. removed the little plastic stopper. still no water flowing

Bravo! Great review! Can you tell us if this machine is metal or plastic? I imagine the interior will be metal but is the outer portion steel/metal? Does it feel solid and sturdy? Thanks so much!!

The green portion is plastic.

Both plastic bodies but stainless steel in the pouring and coffee area.

I just got this for Christmas and I'm a little disappointed that its plastic. Can you tell me what you think of this machine after having it for a few months?

It's been good the only thing I don't like is that is very noisy and had issues cleaning the pipe at the steamer. But over I like it and as long as you clean it you should be ok.

The Espresso Not look to good… No Crema at all.. Or the Coffee isn’t Not the right one,poor Grinding or Very Week Machine..

I have this machine and it usually pulls one very nice shot and one poorer one. The machine is definitely for beginners and I would recommend buying for black Friday if you want a beginning machine without the 200$ price.
