Milk lights are not working with me what’s the problem 😢 only coffee come out but the other options like coffee latte and cappuccino etc are not lighting

My machine is brand new. WAS SO LOOKING FORWARD TO A COFFEE. FOLLOWED ALL INSTRUCTIONS AND AFTER SELECTING LUNGO, IT JUST GRUNTS REPEATEDLY. WHAT THE HELL? I WILL BE RETURNING THE BLOODY THING TOMORROW TO DJ'S. ANY COMMENTS?
