Seriously? IDF is doing a coup? Can't anyone defend their positions anymore if their war is unpopular? I would have made an excuse which is valid that Israel was left alone to deal with Hamas by the international community and is being attacked for defending itself against Terrorists who are fighting a guerilla warfare who will keep on doing it unless neutralized. I would have argued that if nations helped Israel early to deal with Hamas and not play Proxy games, there would have been fewer casualties. Of course I would have argued that I wasn't able to act on intelligence prior to October 7 because it would have meant that I would have attacked Gaza anyway which would mean that Israel attacked first. I would argue that I defended Israel to the best of my ability without attacking Hamas first. - This is what Netanyahu should have done. Of course Bibi should have swallowed his pride and promised a 2 state solution also. Now. Only 2 system 1 country makes more sense.
