Hospital group, Netcare Limited, has lamented President Cyril Ramaphosa's decision to pass the National Health Insurance Act without fully taking on board the inputs of stakeholders in the healthcare sector. And is also warning of a court challenge of the new Act.
The company has released its half-year results for the six months ended March 2024, indicating a 4,3% increase in revenue, and headline earnings per share up 9,2%, compared to the end of March 2023.
Shareholders are set to get 30% interim dividend.
