@@Knightfall182 I don't think Cavill is a boring actor, I think that hollywood doesn't know how to write superman other than some boring, quiet "good" guy -- when in reality in the comics Superman/Clark Kent is a god-like alien who struggles with not going crazy and destroying the entire earth, and trying not to do whatever tf he wants because he can. Comic book superman is flawed and a bit crazy, while movie/hollywood superman is zzzzzzzzz

One of the greatest gifts a parent can do for their child is teaching them to read and explore. It inevitably shapes the destiny of their future - as it has done so for this man.

My dad is my hero. He not perfect, but he snapped me into who I am now. But he didn't teach me to read. I'm self taught for reading. My sister got me into fantasy. My mom encouraged it. My dad is the one who gave me my moral compass and the skills to be my own hero, instead of only reading about them.

I love how he went out of his way to mention Joey on three separate occasions!! He doesn't get enough love, and it's so nice to hear Henry talking about him so fondly! British actors tend to take their interviews seriously and answer every question in detail. Americans keep it short.

He is the most beautiful man I have ever seen...... seriously most beautiful. Apart from his beauty, I see there is attitude which enhances his overall persona. He is..... Muscular with boyish charm, sexy, elegant, graceful, classy, cool, calm, kind, innocent, compassionate, sensitive yet strong and dignified....plus extremely educated and sensible..... respectful & humble......who knows how to be with people and for his people. He is a Man of Integrity....... got a great family, good value system and loves to explore the world. His beauty and nature constitutes both masculine and feminine features....almost gives the vibe of old paintings that we see on museum or art galleries or even more beautiful than those .......looks like a really balanced human being.....very very rare combination in today's times.

this is one of the best interviews i have ever seen. the interviewer was so personable and sweet and i think the questions he asked really allowed henry some space to share his love for the series and for playing Geralt, as he has done in the past. love this and can't wait for the december release!!!

Did not even recognize Henry Cavill/associate him with the Superman role through the whole first season of the Witcher. He totally stands on his own as Geralt very naturally.

This was an awesome Interview. I liked Henry Cavil before but I like him even more and the time he takes to put into what he does. He is SO freaking GREAT. I like how he considers everything meaning the way the Book was done, the way the Games are done, and the way he goes about doing the show. Henry Cavil if you do read this please keep being yourself and do what you are doing. Yes it does look like a Blackstone Fortress in some was that is cool.

All i'll remember is:"Haven't played the expansions" .. HENRY! For all that is holy, go and play those! Heart of Stone is the best Story in all of the games and Blood&Wine is the most amazing expansion as a whole you'll ever get! Otherwise, very enjoyable interview as always with Henry. Henry Cavill is the main reason that Witcher is good - he has immense respect for audience and fans of source material as well for material itself. He is also fan himself and works hard to come as close to Geralt as possible. Huge respect for him - for these reasons, he's probably my most favorite actor.

This interview makes me sad. Henry is so enthusiastic & passionate about the character and the Witcher universe. It was his dream job. His tone seems to change when talking about Lauren or the direction of where the show is heading as early as season 1. And now they've completely fucked him over and ruined the show. Nothing but love and respect for Henry for leaving the show. It's ended on 3 terrific seasons for me, thanks to Henry and his extraordinary work. Thank you Henry for being a fantastic actor but also, for being a true fan of the Witcher with us.

Oh man I am so excited for the new season. Hearing Cavill say he wanted to make Geralt more verbose and philosophical this time (as he should be) was really great. That was one of the things that myself and most folks I've talked to about have agreed we wanted more of in the first season. I hope they show him being an awkward dork with Yennifer sometimes too. That whole "dear friend" letter thing which she held against him for ages was hilarious.
