Just oatmeal and banana! I eat this every day for breakfast and have lost 10 kg! No flour!
Recipe and ingredients:
Recipe 1
1 cup oatmeal.
1 apple.
200 ml water.
1 egg.
vanilla extract.
Banana.
oil for frying.
Recipe 2
1 cup oatmeal.
1/2 cup warm water.
1 apple.
50 g cranberries.
2 bananas.
2 eggs.
vanilla extract.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
Grease with butter.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 40 minutes.
Let cool down.
Recipe 3
2 bananas.
120 g oat flakes.
1 tablespoon sweetener.
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon.
1/4 tsp. Salt.
50g nuts.
50 g cranberries.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 20 minutes.
Recipe 4
250 g oat flakes.
200 ml milk.
Leave on for 5 minutes.
3 eggs.
30 g cocoa powder.
2 bananas.
1 apple.
Cinnamon.
Cane sugar.
Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
Recipe 5
230 g oat flakes.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
2 apples.
3 egg yolks.
50 g cranberries.
vanilla extract.
3 egg whites.
A pinch of salt.
Add 1/2 part and mix.
Add the second part and mix.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 25 minutes.
