Love these videos! Thank you for sharing your knowledge at such a practical level. Any chance you’d be willing to do a video on Brainstem stroke syndromes (ie. Foville, Weber, Benedikt, Claude, Millard-Gubler, etc)? It seems there is some varied descriptions in the literature with a few of the associated findings and would love to hear Dr Lee’s take on each of those syndromes and the classic associated findings. Thanks for considering!

What can you tell me about a phenomenon called visual snow. It looks like constant “tv static” or noise, gradually getting worse over the past 10 years. Is there any specific cause or treatment that you know of?

Does the hemorrhage subside and heal once the blood pressure has been taken care of sir? And if so, the organ damage is then reversible ? Thank you

Arteriole Hypertensive retinopathy Grade 1: Mild generalized retinal arteriolar narrowing Hypertensive retinopathy Grade 2: Focal arteriolar narrowing and arteriovenous nipping. A ‘copper wiring’ opacified appearance of arteriolar walls may be seen.

I have a great question. My mom always told me growing up, that if you cross your eyes, they can get stuck. Is that actually true? Can your eyes get stuck if they are cross-eyed for too long?

I "see" that you did not get your question answered yet. I am an ophthalmologist and my mother said the same thing to us 5 kids also...We are glad that this "old wives tale" is not true because that made us cross our eyes even more.LOL...Anyway, crossing your eyes as a child or as an adult does NOT ever let them "get stuck like that"... But, to any parent or grandparent out there, if you do notice any child having crossed eyes before the age of 5, please get them an eye exam...
