The hydrogen peroxide works great for me, baking soda creates carbon dioxide, how does that help?

Baking soda is already in your toothpaste. It's not a magic new thing to brush your teeth with. Toothpastes are formulated for a reason. Unless you see dentists brushing their own teeth with baking soda, don't do it. Just "talking" to several dentists aren't a solid enough claim.
