Thanks guys! I love my neutrino aurora, easy to install and I’m impressed with all the features. Installed on my 19 r1250 gsa under the rear seat.

Great product!!! I was about to pull the trigger on the PDM60, but now!!!! This would be great on my 02 zx12r, I especially like the direct connect for battery tender and the app for smarthphone.

Looks like a good product but for the cost, why not include a cover for the electrical contacts?

Hi ADVDesigns team, thanks for the video. I just bought Denali D4 2.0 lights. I was thinking of adding Neutrino to my bike. However, i am not clear on where the trigger wire for aux lights will go? Since the lights will be getting powered through neutrino , which has its own trigger wire, do I even need to connect light's trigger wire?

...what an excellent design and so needed - curious, I imagine, by the look of it, that I can install this on my older 2006 R1200GS, would that be about right?

You say in the video that you are connecting the trip wire to the brake light, but when you install you are talking about the Tail light. Which is it, brake or Tail. Also what gauge wire is the trip wire.Just bought the unit and I'm not experienced with electrical hook-ups. But willing to learn and do myself. Thanks for the video. beautiful product.

The trigger wire is 18 gauge. You connect the trigger wire to the tail light because you need a wire that only comes on when the ignition is on. Also, the battery leads are 10 AWG and two feet long. The installation guide mentions you can splice on to extend, but you need to use 8 AWG wire for this purpose. I had to do this to mount the unit on my Concours at the location where the tool kit normally sits under the seat.

Interesting, HOWEVER one point you have overlooked that I found with my Gerber heated gear controlled by a Gyde phone app....I ride polar bear in extreme colds (as low as -5F) and my galaxy S10 android phone give an error message of "charging stopped" at these low temps and either shuts off immediately or uses remaining charge and goes dead and your heat turns off....now while this unit seems like it will keep the heat on...accessibility to changing any settings will disappear once you no longer have access to your phone!!!! So hopefully you had our heat turned up high enough BEFORE your phone( ie controller) shut down!!!! This is why I've shyed away from anything that is controlled via phone. Just an FYI...….BTW same goes for using in extreme heat (ie riding thru deserts of the southwest!!!)...not to mention what another poster suggested....trying to control via a touchscreen with big bulky heated gloves that don't always work so well even though they claim to be conductive

This appears to be more advanced than the PDM60 but one concern i have is how water resistant is this? The PDM60 is completely sealed.

The Neutrino is completely sealed too. 100% Waterproof. Check out the new version called the Element. Very similar to the PDM in function at a value price point.

Most everything was well-explained, except for the "trigger" wire, which seems like a foreign concept. I wished that it could be much more comprehensibly explained.

I think that is so switches can be turned off/on based on the ignition. That's why he needed to tap into a wire (tail light) that is on when bike is turned on and off when bike is off. This allows the circuits to be set to always on, on only when ignition is on, or a delay. If you didn't have the trigger wire, the device wouldn't know if the ignition is off/on.

Are you kidding for $300 you have to extend the first wire you install. I mean how much does cost for the manufacturer to give you 3' extra of 18awg yellow?

Wayne L; $300 for all that is a bargain. Looks like Dan has put a lot of GREAT work into this product. If you've ever added electronics to a bike I guarantee you will blow fuse, drain the battery, maybe even melt wires with at dead short.

Voxel Lab So I think it's a great idea they just need to provide the suitable amount of wire. I mean it is made for a motorcycle installation so make sure it has the proper amounts of wiring that's all.

True, your right. It's just that Dan's a small manufacture and many things can slip by you when putting together a product for the market. BTY WTF is the BIG rock on your home page? is that real?
