Very informative video👏👏 Ans.. The Kligman's formula was developed during 1950's..in which HQ 5%+tretinoin 0.05%+dexamethasone 0.01%.. After that,this formula was modified many times with different different percentage of ingredients, and their percentage varying with HQ(2-5%)+ tretinoin (0.025-0.1%) +dexamethasone (0.025-0.1%).

I have dark lips problem (i dont smoke) . previously i have used The Man Company Lip Lightening lip balm (it was Good but not that much) after that as you recommended i started using wishcare lip balm SPF 50. this is good but i am not getting results upto the mark. Hello beautiful Nipun ma'am 🧡 love from Delhi 💚 The answer is: The Kingman formula was developed during 1950s combining 0025-0.1% retinoid+ 2-5% hydroquinone + 0.1% dexamethasone(steroid) to Target hyperpigmentation and melasma.
