Troy most bosses give the new guy a broom and then watch how well they sweep the workshop floor if they just sweep the area around the trollies and cupboards then they know he won't be good but if he sweeps under everything to make the workshop clean then the boss knows he will probably be a good keen worker so don't worry about being given cleaning jobs mate.

You could help your team out by buying a few gallons of 30 second cleaning solvent. It works on vinyl, siding, even on painted cement block. I use it yearly to clean all of my vinyl fencing. Spray it on, let it do the work, then rinse it off. You'll probably need a few applications in the current state of the walls, but it beats scrubbing. If haven't already done so, give it a try. Your team will love for it, love you even more.

I had to stop the video several times to see if I had some sort of bleed over from another vid going on. And ,, I don’t know,,, maybe I do. Anyway it’s a nice touch and increases the final polish of your art.

Awesome video as always ray! Talking about the 90+ degree Florida heat, I know it well and most peoples AC do the big struggle. Its one thing i do miss about my 94 Ferd Rangler. The AC went out and I dropped it off at a shop once I replaced the parts myself, had them charge the system and replace the valves and double check everything; but MAN that truck had THE COLDEST AC after that, didnt matter what the temp was outside it would just pump ice cold air. looked like you just opened the fridge coming out the vents if it was hot enough outside.

Good morning to Ray, the shop is shaping up nicely! I don't see a reason to spend money on paint for the walls but the trusses could use some TLC. Maybe some shade of blue to match the lifts would be great. It's definitely a lot brighter than before! You always make the best decisions on whatever you do. The differential looks like normal wear for the mileage on the truck so a rebuild is in order unless a remanufactured unit is more cost-effective. Good call on the AC too. Maybe I should check out my AC too cause I'm having a similar issue maybe a weak relay? It's an 04 with a couple hundred thousand miles on it. It's definitely hot and humid here a little further north in central Florida, 110 with the heat index yesterday 🌞🔥. Thanks for sharing your knowledge, say hi to your wife unit and Troy too! Don't forget to have a great day and stay cool ✌️💪👍

OUTSTANDING call on the tire rotation Ray!! SO many people don't understand that rotation pattern, or the 4x4/all wheel drive pattern (when it's necessary). Never mind the dually and some of the full size spare rotation. It just seems that folks don't get it or they're not taught how to properly rotate and take care of their customers tires. So it's great to see that not only do you know it. You're willing to take the time to do it and teach Troy how and why to rotate tires correctly.

I did my part last week. I changed oil and filter on both Patriots, replaced all of the brake pads and rotated tires. It's summer and the Driveway Garage is open! Way back in 1974, I replaced the rear axle in a 1967 Charger with the one from a wrecked 1968 Coronet. Done in the apartment parking lot. No power tools, just a 3/8" Bernz-O-Matic socket set and a few Crescent wrenches. The "good old days"...
