Spicy fruit salads are symbolic of Mexican cuisine too, we have been making them for thousands of years before Mexico was invaded my Spanish conquistadors. The fruit salsa looks like chamoy sauce a Mexican fruit sauce thats extremely popular throughout the internet for Mexican street snacks and drinks.

Very similar indeed. I’m Cambodian and I’m a big fan of Mexican culture especially food. Anytime I go see my family in Arizona, I always make sure to get Mexican food as often as I can 😂. Authentic taco, burrito and last but not least, menudo. That soup is worth dying for. I’ve been learning Spanish and visiting Mexico is on top of my bucket list. Saludos!

That large yellow-fruit with big black seed we called it locally Tiesa in the Philippines,english name canistel/eggfruit,it tastes best when it is fully ripe,it's flesh is soft and sweet.We don't eat that when it is unripe because it's hard and the taste is bitter same with that green unripe banana.
