I must say that the tallnecks we got in hfw exceeded my expectations as they were really engaging, very originally fleshed out storywise and had a bunch of suprises that put a smile on my face!

I mean, most armors (AFAIK) have some sort of protection/padding on the palms. It’s also present there on the Nora thunder warrior Aloy is using. Realistically though, it’s likely the padding will burn off. Even if THAT somehow doesn’t happen, the padding/protection would get worn over time (ropes aren’t very smooth, Y’know). And even is *THAT* SOMEHOW doesn’t happen, the padding/protecting would get hot as shit.

I think the size of the map and automatically having a flying mount kind of took away from the whole mechanic there. I think the more important thing is that this presents a challenge to incorporate tallnecks in Horizon 3. How do we make them interesting when we’ll be able to fly around from the start unless they take away flying mounts altogether?

@@RameezAhmed-uf4bw You can’t fly for a good portion of the game. If you do everything prior to going to Cauldron Gemini, the Tallneck you override to activate the Horus weapons will be the last one in the game.

One time I initally thought I will just catch the Sunwing and fly away after an override. It just did not felt right, I jumped off the Sunwing, glide back on the top of the tailneck and jumped off the classical way 😂

It happened once in Zero dawn, She broke one leg and 4 ribs, But we Patched her up in no time, and she was ready to slaughter another horde of machines.
