Why so negative? Why say "STOP" in UPPERCASE? Why not say "Always KEEP moving" instead? I'm in my late forties, chronically ill and keep on moving and training parkour no matter what, just today I trained despite snow and ice, wind and below zero temperatures. An affirmation is always better than a double negation. The brain focuses on stopping moving when you say "stop moving". Why even suggest that?
