Something's a little off and it's most likely the fact that James started his day at 3:45am sitting in a van doing a live TV interview. But we press on and learn that the Harry Potter reunion taught us one important thing: the actor who played Neville Longbottom is HOT now. And news of a horrific traffic jam in a snowstorm that stranded Senator Tim Kaine reminds James of the time they pitched then vice presidential nominee Tim Kaine an "Insane In the Membrane" remix.

Omg, I remember working as a bank teller with those pneumatic tubes. Back when phones had not only buttons--some had *dials*. Money was in the form of paper. TV channels could be changed by turning a knob, but you had to physically go to the tv to do it. And the government actually got shit done. But what really makes me feel old? Back in the day people didn't think wearing a mask to protect yourself and others in a pandemic was a violation of their freedom.

@@EELSGT3 but he said “when you are sat in a van” when grammatically speaking it should be “when you are sitting in a van” because ‘sat’ is a past tense verb but in this case ‘are’ is the verb and it’s present tense. But as a brit I would still say ‘sat’ because that’s just what I’ve always said 🤷‍♀️

James I relate to you on no sleep. My father just had surgery and and for the last four days I’ve looked just like that. I hear you and I sympathize with you. You still look incredible as always. So happy to have the late late show back. I certainly could use watching and seeing this now while I’m in the waiting room and just needing a pick me up, I always know this is the show to go too.
