New 2 Stroke Dirt Bike Problems - KTM 250 EXC (TPI) Bogging

4 ай бұрынI am having an issue with my KTM 250 EXC atm. As you can see from the video it is bogging pretty badly and I need to get this fixed. If anyone has had a similar experience please let me know what you did to fix it. Many thanks.

I fitted ccps to hose directly. I will try tomorrow. Ccps is nightmare for tpis. Damn. Sometimes running good sometimes bad

Yes. Running clean and way more powerful. Better then brand new. Also glued little bit bottom of the hose.

I will record. Remove the sensor and hose from the plastic tray. Remove oring from sensor. Heat the hose little bit with a lighter or any heat source. Finally push the hose to sensor. Thats it

You can slightly glue it under the part where it enters the sensor.

Yep 👎 hopefully it’s only the CCP sensor and nothing major. I read online these bikes go through spark plugs too. Not good
