These bikes are for rich people, mostly collectors. Very few bikes will probably be ridden, the others will be in luxurious garages, museums, exhibitions just to be showed. Millionaires and even more billionaires want exclusive stuff that common people can't buy. These kind of people don't like being compared to ordinary people, so they ask for something that has to be unique. For instance, the yacht of the Sultan of Brunei... it costs 4.8 billions dollars. Those people have to satisfy an immeasurable ego, and that's it. They don't even think that one day they will pay (everyone must), for everything they did in this life, and their billions are totally useless. Thanks for the video.

If the attention to deal is like the streetfighter V4 Lambo, this bike would be amazing in person. I've seen the Streetfighter v4 Lambo in person and you can not see the details in video's or pictures. Many complain about the price and just a bike with other colors, yet these limited edition bikes gets soldout in hours.

They FINALLY fixed the hideous intakes on the Diavel V4.

I say I say- can’t beat a machine in British 🇬🇧 racing green and red insets. Can you get a bundle deal on the bike & car. I think the exhaust can setup on the Lambo Diavel is the best- a bit more understated than the multi pea-shooter system. Ducati should get Conti to do the pipes.

This $2M Bentley is the one that Matt from Carwow was driving around and asking people how much they thought it cost... and the responses were around $80k!! Imagine spending all that money in a car with an image value of a BMW 5-series (and lets face it, whoever buys these cars is very much interested in how they make them look).

There appears to be no limit to Ducati's special editions and people with money to burn that will buy them. Audi group must love the margin that these gorgeous bikes can bring to the bottom line.

Got a Ducati recently and I love the bike (Desert X) but honestly all those limited editions at insane pricing are ridiculous. It could really push me away from the brand.

While VAG has done mostly good things to Ducati, their special editions bikes are the most ridiculous things ever.

Last I remember, Ducati was owned by Audi. Audi overall is together with Lambo and Bentley in the luxury section of VW group. So that means Ducati will proceed with such collaborations. Actually I'm surprised that they didn't already go the same direction as BMW and came out with a Ducati RS4 (Audi Collab) or sth. From naming it would even make sense 😅

Lovely colour scheme and some carbon but with a ludicrous price tag. Just paint your own Diavel Triumph competition green [damn close in colour match] , fit some carbon goodies and your good to go.

Have owned and loved the previous 2 Generations of Diavel and both were used for pleasure and daily Commuting into central London (40 mile round trip) And it was an absolute hoot... ok my 821 monster was more practical (at the time) but I would hands down take a Diavel over any bike on the road today ! HOWEVER the V4 in the Black or Red just does not do it for me at that price ! if it had come with Ohlins as it rightly should of then I would have scooped one... but shame on you Ducati for that omission. One more big HOWEVER... looks like im in the minority here.... I really like the Scarab Green.. and adore the air intakes, the front fender OMG... But still at 58k NO Ohlins ? thats a joke. Ducati please make a Matt Black S version with Ohlins and some Red accents and you can take my money.

How to make the price hike over the same ducati.... put a bentley name on it.

Such a shame that a lot of specials Ducati produces are referred to VW group related products. Audi, Lamborghini and now Bentley. Wish Ducati is 100% Italian again. The color looks great , although not really Ducati like, but any reference to Bentley or whatever VW group brand should disappear. My last Ducati was a Streetfighter 1098 from the pre-VW era. Never had an issue. And anyone can tell it is not VW group but Audi group. Everybody knows that an Audi is a VW group product. Those are not the most reliable products.

Just bought a second hand 2019 special limited edition black and gold Ducati Diavel V2 (162hp), with only 2,500km for 499,000thb or about 11,300 pounds sterling. I feel my beast looks way better than this, but only cost a fraction of price!

This is the biggest load of tosh for a bike ever. Some nice paint gets you exclusivity

Funny. I have an '18 ZX14R in the same green and dark grey sparkling paint combination. I get often get people giving me the thumbs up. Could'nt afford the Ducati, so much more money than I can afford and, for less power.
