We were told the batteries were not changed and are still the same battery as in the current 2021/2022 models which is not CATL.

Unfortunately not. They are building the new model in Shanghai first. US doesn't get cars from China.

What? No experts are saying they use new batteries. At least inform yourself if you try to make an informative video. Even everyone in the comments knows it’s the same battery!

some places the full self drivability is not available (well it is) but its disabled due to NON-Legal to use. Im from denmark in Europe where it is NOT legal

Nobody knows. But probably early next year. Could possibly be available at the end of this year.
