We have a couple new weapons, and I want to briefly cover the best alternate users, and whether it's worth it to get and build these weapons.

1) I may make mistakes on these analyses. Correct me on any errors, but remain respectful in the comments.
2) All of what I say in this video are just my own thoughts and opinions. All calculations are meant to give a general idea of the performance, and will likely differ based on your own builds, team comps, and playstyles. Do your own testing when considering your options.
3) For calculations, character and weapon levels are 90, talents are 8. Constellations, enemy DEF/RES, and external buffs are not included unless I say so. If enemy DEF/RES is included, assume enemy level is 100 and Base RES is 10%.

Few things to clarify. I will cover the new Sigewinne bow when we get official details. Whatever info we have is still under leak territory, which we don’t discuss on this channel. 0:41 I accidentally added the Crit DMG substats wrong for Absolution. It’s 64.1%, not 66.1%. So number comparisons are slightly off, but my conclusions in the “main takeaway” section are still the same

Decreasing your own energy is such a weird niche. I wonder if they're going to make Natlan characters consume their own energy.

It really is! I feel like they kinda started exploring the mechanic w Inazuma’s craftable weapons but then dropped it after.

Shimenawa’s explored this mechanic, and certain characters like Yoimiya make use of it. I’m not sure if it’ll be exploited in Natlan but it is an interesting concept.

I wouldn't mind if they made characters with super devastating bursts, but their skill drains their energy making it harder to achieve. So a battery or high energy recharge would need to be considered. The burst could do something crazy like a gigantic ATK SPD boost alongside an infusion with elemental dmg bonus, or even a character that gains an entirely new skillset/playstyle upon using their burst.

Maybe the bow works with shimenawa set at could work for yoimiya if Emilie is a burn support, or it could work for Emilie if she drains energy and uses a bow

if we ever get a character who can give characters BoL clorindes weapon would basically be the new mistplitter, being very universal for sword users who could work with said character

Yeah don’t worry! The longer concept ones aren’t going anywhere. Naturally, it’ll be less frequent, but I mainly want to start talking about more in-game stuff so that I have a consistent thing to fall on

I think there will be a character who will add the BoL Mechanic just as Furina is able to take HP and by thaz make Mara Set vaaluabe to everyone, I tried to gi for Haithams weapin but for the secind time I lost 50 50, and gotten her, I already got Haran but I wanted that for my Ayato, is it any valuable on my Al haitham ? Because I truly would love if it would Out Dps which I dont expect but I would want it to have a comparable dmg cause I truly want my Ayato to be usealble

This might sound janky (because it is) but what about Tighnari on Shimenawa e, charge attack until burst refreshes, q and keep charge attacking

I’m gonna use Cloudforged for Venti because it looks AMAZING on him! Plus it’s an em weapon…just wondering if there’s anyway to take advantage of its passive 🤔

using his burst activates the passive! he can actually have 2 stacks at 100% uptime

Depends on his crit rate and attack. But as long as HOD passive is active there is probably no big difference in the weapons damages

Am I Dumb or does 44% crit dmg + 20% from passive means 64% crit dmg instead of 61%? 🤔

Oh no! I mathed it wrong! You’re right, it’s 64.1% Crit DMG lmao! Thank you for catching that I think my opinions on Absolution are generally the same. Number comparisons are slightly shifted, but it shouldn’t be vastly different overall :)
