What about Remington Golden Sabers, Montana Gold Bullets, Federal Cape-Shok Sledgehammers, and lots of inexpensive FMJ? All utilize brass in their projectiles.
@Militaryarmschannel6 жыл бұрын
Brass jackets aren't regulated, entirely brass bullets the ATF deems to be armor piercing. Under federal law, armor-piercing ammunition is defined as any projectile or projectile core that may be used in a handgun and that is constructed entirely from one or a combination of tungsten alloys, steel, iron, brass, bronze, beryllium copper, or depleted uranium.

I'm a machinist / tool and die maker. I make a fairly decent income, but even for me this handgun is WAY out of my price range. I understand that it's basically a rifle round in a pistol format, I understand it being brand new and hence a high price.The manufacturing quality seem to be spot on, and fit and finish look above par as well. But I can buy a used car for the cost of this handgun! Because of your reviews I have bought a Bushmaster ACR, an IWI Tavor, and an FN P90. Love them all, but this handgun costs more than the three of those combined! This video was the most informative on this handgun bar none, and I expect nothing less from you Tim. Semper Fi brother.

If I didn't misunderstand, he said the average velocity was 2055 feet per second. That's strange, because the slowest velocity was 2061 per second, the highest was 2082 feet per second. Therefore the average would have to be somewhere between these two speeds. If I'm wrong on this, someone please correct me. 2082, 2061, 2076, 2077, 2064; avg. 2072

Yep, I caught that as well. I always make a habit of estimating averages on the fly every time another number is called out, whether measuring speed or decibels. They should issue a much bigger cleaning kit with that hand cannon...to be able to clean up the mess after you hit something!

If you can afford the FK BRNO you can afford to pay a cleanup crew after you.

Youve had this thing done 2 years ago, while now it seems to be taking up some momentum. This is indeed an impressive gun/ caliber.

Congratulations on the anniversary! I enjoyed the video. Cool gun. I've seen a lot of praise heaped on this handgun, and it seems deserved. Maybe I'll be lucky enough to shoot one some day, but even if I was able to afford dropping $8000 on a handgun, I don't know if I ever would.

So the 7.5 is much like a 7.62x25 tokarev. A little hot rod.
@Militaryarmschannel6 жыл бұрын
Like it in concept, but far more powerful.
@meatybtz6 жыл бұрын
I am surprised it took this long for someone to bring the 762x25 into the 21st century. It is a more powerful cartridge but it really seems like a descendant of the concept of the 762x25. I am impressed. We need more pistols in this cal. Probably would run great in a sub gun. Just like 762x25 did. It also figures that the Czech's would do it considering their CZ-52 pistol.
@MonkeyDespot6 жыл бұрын
It is, in essence, a 7.62x25mm magnum. I would really like to see more affordable guns in this caliber, along with 7.62 Tok conversion kits. ....I just love 7.62x25.
@cdawson1986006 жыл бұрын
Dale Myers it’s like a 7.62x25 after a couple Red Bull’s.
@mohawk33716 жыл бұрын
Military Arms Channel I realize that on average the 7.62x25 round travels 400 -500 ft/sec, slower then the 7.5 brno, however I believe there are some loads of 7.62 x.25 which approach 1800 ft/sec. This is getting close to the 7.5 brno territory. In fact I think you did a video where you shot some Bulgarian milsurp that actually also penetrated 3A body armor.
@jordanhorst66 жыл бұрын
They should make a carbine/sbr/pdw in this caliber. With that kind of performance in a short barrel it's a no brainer.
@user-ks5ff6 жыл бұрын
MP5 with that would be cool.
@hatefulhermit6736 жыл бұрын
I'm not so sure. It wouldn't be much smaller than a 5.56 or 300BLK AR, would have similar performance, and the cost to shoot would be 5 or 6 times more. The pistol is where this ammo shines.
@FyrFytr9986 жыл бұрын
Hateful Hermit right you are, but this would be a one caliber system like FN tried to do with the P90 and Five-seveN pistol. Only, on steroids.
@PeaceManBro6 жыл бұрын
jordan horst Why? Mine as well use a rifle round.
@ChucksSEADnDEAD6 жыл бұрын
+Dustin but if you use a rifle round out of a PDW you'll be neutering the rifle round and wasting it's potential as noise and flash.
@811brian5 жыл бұрын
Let’s not forget that this is the newest production pistol cartridge to date, used by only one platform which is also new to the market. It’ll take a while for another manufacturer to be allowed to design a gun around this caliber, and even more time to make one that can handle the operation. There’s still little to no loading or operating data on the 7.5 fk even though it’s nearly eight years old. The price point is therefore warranted. No one else uses the round, and it’s so new that there needs to be a higher demand to make it mainstream.
@MyLonewolf256 жыл бұрын
Honestly I love the idea of this round It feels like it’s a great middle ground between 22tcm/5.7fn and 10mm I love the idea of high velocity pistol rounds and this looks like a modern version of 7.62tok or 9dillon
