Wow that anarchist pamphlet is really interesting, I’ve been learning and researching about anarchism a lot recently and to have an anarchist writing from the 1970s Soviet Union is very cool. As so much anarchist representation happened earlier on with the Bolsheviks and so getting an anarchist from much later into the history for a socialist society is a very unique perspective. Definitely look forward to reading on your website when u upload them. 👏👏🙏 thnx for all the good historical work u do genuinely a wonderful public service to be finding and making accessible these underrepresented perspectives from history, if we don’t actively preserve history it fades away becoming harder and and harder to source. Thank u comrade ❤🙏👏🙌

Isn’t H.G Wells interview with Stalin a pretty long writing. The copy you got looks very short compared to the full texts. Why is this so?

I have recently been trying to get stamps of the RSFSR and early USSR, it is a lot different than the bulk of my collection which is 1960s-1991 (along with the Warsaw Pact countries and friends). It's very wonderful seeing the growth of the country and republics and transformation from an imperial position. Stamps serve as great history pieces and understanding the time period. Always appreciate more content from you, please continue to post.

how were they so cheap?? 1 cent wow
@mynamejeff3545 Жыл бұрын
1 cent had a lot more purchasing power back then (after WWII), between 10 and 15 times the value of a cent now. .15$ for a leaflet sounds about right, those things are printed by the thousands for a fairly low cost, and the more you print, the cheaper it is (otherwise, handing out free flyers would get very expensive very soon).

In a country where the only employer is the state, opposition means a slow death sentence. The old principle that says no bread to those who do not work has now been replaced by the principle of no bread that does not submit. -Leon Trotsky
@cvybays37334 ай бұрын
trotskyist when the fascists don't submit to the state and therefore don't get bread: also there is a difference between say disagreeing with the party and blocking democratic centralism(which trotsky did)
