in Europe the length of thw whole truck is limited, so a flat nose offers more loading space. Plus there are many narrow (I mean REALLY NARROW) roads in the 1000 to 2000 year old historic city centers, or also in the mountains (esp. in Norway), so the trucks have to be compact and maneuverable, a flat nose os often the only possibility to get around corners there

more than a hint of storm trooper mask and darth vada about it, and in black it does look sinister! 10 stars for the styling team :D

@danieldavies980 Have you driven 1 ,i drive a 2660--2009 model.But i have 3 problems with them.1 they still have the old"pie bag"exhaust brake(good for 41-42 ton)not for 145 ton.2 the cab is still set up for lefthand drive,cup holders are over in the passenger seat.3 it has not got any BALLS untill you put weight on it---3 trailers(good)1trailer shit.Iv'e driven your kenny's,mack's,w/stars...550-600 but these are very comfortable.
