Thank you for the info. Didn't know about the grape variety, but I did have both wines you detail. The 2016 MDT is an absolute bargain and has many facets to discover.

I do like Mencia. I discovered that same bottle, Marques del Toro last year and I have a few bottles still. I am partial to Gamay and Grenache, so it's not to surprising that I love this grape as well. Thanks for the great video!

Thanks always for watching, Dan! I've noticed over the past few years, that the selection of mencia at the store has gotten bigger and better... This one seems to be catching a wave for some reason.
