Welcome back for another Game of Thrones and Jon Snow Sequel Series update video. In this video, I will be talking about the supposed leak on Reddit, from an HBO insider. According to this source, HBO is targeting a 2025 release date for their upcoming Jon Snow: Game of Thrones Sequel Series. This information has not been confirmed by HBO, but many other fans and content creators believe it could be true! I think it could be true, as well, so long as the writer's and actor's strike hasn't significantly affected the series' development. Stay tuned for more details! Kit wants to do it, so they should do it. Lots of GOT cast don't want anything to the show. Him actually WANTING to do it is a huge deal. Do it. Do it justice. Let GRRM be behind it. Do it right. And get Emilia back. Give her whatever she wants. Bring back Danny. We all know that wasn't what GRRM wanted. We have a second chance here to get that right. So let's do it.

All they gotta do is what they did with Jon in his resurrection. Jon is ice Danny is fire, they can go to where ever Danny body is rez her ask for forgiveness or what ever with the dragon or gods, because maybe they write that the knight king comes back, I mean this channel did an entire season of what could happen after the ending of GOT, I think the majority of this channels story should be used. For instance this channel said that Bran is connected to the Night king and it was almost planned for him to loose so he would be inside Bran so to speak and take over the living world by rule. This to me is a great story and they could have it all in the Jon snow series they could even get Jon and Danny back together almost being polar opposites to the 13th Nights Watch commander and his wife almost like a redemption of sorts and fight the knight king again in a far more elaborate and higher stakes fight for the whole of the GOT lands.

Who else agrees the best opening for the show would be the battle on the trident with Rhaegars last moments. With it playing similarly to how Lyanna’s death revealed who Jon was. Maybe as Rhaegar floats in the trident dying, he whispers Aegon. Then a cut to Jon opening his eyes from a dream with the shot panning out to reveal him sitting under a weirwood north of the wall, with his sword cradled in one arm and ghost laying beside him.

He is involved in all of the spinoffs/prequels,etc. He finished the books in 2019 during the long hiatus. They have been locked up in the crypts since he saw the fan reaction to the finale.

I’d take with grain of salt … 2 reasons most productions actually close for holidays - rarely shooting in Dec - 2nd like HoTD s2 news …. We’d be hearing casting news months in advance of any filming

I agree a Jon snow series would be big and fan jumping back in. I do like House of Dragons but nothing like GOTs it self. It has no where the same quality of scenes like GOTs. Even in the beginning we knew a lot of the story but it left us nail biting until the next episode, not so with HODs. The scene quality’s aren’t quite as good. Hope to get some great story and wonderful scenes like GOTs. Ready to truly live in Westeros again. By the way I remember when you started and fell in love with your Chanel. I never missed your episodes or Grey Area I was very devoted just like I was with GOTs. I watch almost religiously so I wouldn’t miss anything. Thank you for all the work you’ve have done for us

Rather have the Blood Moon Series....the mysteries surrounding the first men, the children of the forest, and the origin of the white walkers is the MOST intriguing part of the story, so a whole show based in an age where rhe Children of the Forest was still around, magic was still around, etc would have been AMAZING

Sometimes giving answers to the mysteries in the lore can be satisfying for a minute, but ultimately takes away the intrigue and makes the universe feel smaller. Part of the fun for me is not knowing the extent to which magic is real vs how much is metaphorical/creation myth.

I'm very curious if anything (particularly the Long Night) will be retconned, if it will be set many years post S8, or if it will be a sort of AU where the events of S8 are glossed over for the sake of retaining the White Walkers and/or Night King as a threat. If this show takes place post-S8, they can't just *not* mention Arya shanking the White Walkers out of existence, King Bran, Jon killing Daenerys, the Night King blasting a huge hole in the wall, etc. I REALLY hope they find a way make the White Walkers the mysterious threat again. Jon's POV was always the one I was most excited to get to and Kit Harrington plays him so well, so there's potential for this show to be fantastic. But I'm nervous because there's also potential for it to be bogged down by the way S8 demoted the WWs to mindless video game minibosses.

It *could* be good, but it's beyond any GRRM texts. I'd rather they do that prequel set in the north, given how popular the Targaryan prequel has become. May be too late for that though. Dunk and Egg would also be great.

I like Kit Harrington wanting to do it, a lot of actor and actresses get a big head after a hit show and say "I don't want anything to do with this, I'm on to bigger things", and then they end up doing nothing for the rest of their carreer. People have to realize being a super hit show like this is in part luck, you will likely not get anything this big in the future, just flow with it.

Some shows/movies(during the WGA strike at least)have been granted special dispensation and had been allowed to continue although the strike was still in effect. Maybe `SNOW' and/or other G.O.T. material and actors will get the same.

I just hope HBO will be careful and not drive fans into GOT Fatigue. Think Disney is experiencing a fan decline and many think it's due to Star Wars fatigue plus subpar scripts.
