Hi, that's a great question! In the past the Practitioner certification has been geared towards those embarking on their certification journey and who are new to AWS and so they don't get too involved with deep technicalities. I see this following a similar pattern, focusing more on concepts and terminologies rather than building and implementing AI solutions. However, it might be advantageous to have some basic understanding of AWS, so learning about some of the topics outlined in the Cloud Practitioner might be well suited to review before studying for this certification. In a nutshell, if you have some experience of AI/ML you'd probably be ok to jump in with this cert with little prior AWS experience, but if you are new to both AWS and AI/ML, then getting some fundamental understanding of core AWS services can only benefit your learning experience and preparation. I hope that helps! Until the Exam Guide is released on the 13th August it's difficult to fully ascertain how deep the topics will go
