I’ve had the solo 3’s for several years now. Good headphones but I bought the studio pros for the USB C connectivity. Glad to see the Solo 4 is finally switching up to USB C with the 3.5mm audio cable included. Planning on picking up a pair of the solo 4 in blue as soon as possible.

Aren’t the studio supposed to be better since those are over ear and these are on ear? I guess it’s preference, I think the solos are better just cause they look better 😭🙏🏽

These have beats silicon and audio sharing, but the Beats Studio pros don’t currently have audio sharing. Is beats going to bring audio sharing to the studio pros?

Beats own proprietary chip. No longer H2. Upside is that it has fast pairing with Apple AND Android now, for the sake of cross compatibility. Downside is that it removes that seamless switching between Apple devices

Well these don’t have anc or ambient mode. So that’s a difference. And these are on ear not over ear headphones. These have audio share were the studio pros don’t have. The only thing the same is Spatial Audio with head tracking. And they are cheaper than the studio pros.

So many friends got the solo 3 for free with macs etc and they fall apart so easily. These don’t look much more durable

We acquired a couple of pairs also when buying a MBP and an iPP. The foam cushions did deteriorate on one pair after a couple or years, however, bought some third party replacements, which also afforded us an opportunity to select a different colour to add a more personal touch. Today they both still sound and look good… 🤔

At this price point 👉 the Sony Ult makes much more sense....Outstanding Sony app with excellent ANC & transparency, great battery life, premium sound & comfort........same price, this should be an easy decision and it's not Beats here on this one

These new Beats are a true GameChange! Now I don't use that term often, usually only a few times a day, but these are definitely a real GameChanger. Amazing Active Noice Cancelling, stunning ability to make calls wirelessly, powerful USB-C charging for the fastest charging on the planet. What else does anyone need????

AirPod Max are still apples best headphones. Pay more? Yes, but they are that much better. These won’t hold up like my four year old AirPod max has.

Beats Solo range are notoriously poorly constructed and break easily - usually because the wires easily disconnect on one side. When you take them apart you’d be surprised how flimsy and cheap they are inside. I had a pair. I’d never have another…

I hate that everyone is reviewing these based off the solo 3 instead of based on the solo pro. The solo pro were a much better buy overall and Apple knows that which is why they discontinued it so soon. They knew they put too much technology in there for the price point and it would compete too heavily with the AirPods Max which were too come.

They should have priced it at 120 dollars to a maximum of 150 dollars cuz there are a lot of great headphones under 200 dollars and this headphone doesn't make any sense at 200 dollars

apple doesn't take marketing or sales advise from anyone that spells because as cuz. They sell their headphones for what people are willing to pay. If you aren't willing to pay $200 for premium headphones than see ya

@@Sensesfailkid14 there are Sony whch720n , Sony ult wear , you can even get a xm4 from a used market , there are JBL's like the live 770nc and others. These above pairs all have ANC and I think that is must at 200 dollars and ik the solo 3 is on ear but again they are overpriced at 200 dollars

@@newfnshow031saying these are premium is reaching. I’ve been with beats since they first came out and all that really changes is look and accessibilities. I personally like my AirPod pros vs them. Beats are more of a fashion look type of headphones.

Sony ULT wear is at 200 with ANC from the same V1 chip as the 1000XM5. IMO a better option than this. Apple pricing is crazy with a non ANC headphone in 2024.
