Today we're playing with some new makeup from Chanel, Makeup By Mario and Armani. I was tempted by the new Makeup By Mario Soft Sculpt serum because it promises to be a multi-use bronzing liquid; this sounds perfect for summer.

Allison, love the eye look, lilac blush & lip gloss. I was on the fence on the lilac blush I wasn’t sure if it would show up on my medium skin. It’s beautiful on you and I see it’s buildable. I love the Armani glosses and slowly collecting them. 😊💜

I am someone who has very little makeup, i am lost in the store, consultants are not always there or too focused on their own brand. As far as consistency, how does the MbM compare to the Chanel Water Fresh Tint? Love the eyeshadow and the blush, not as keen on the lippie. I mean, it’s still pretty, but I agree that it could use a bit more pigment/opacity. Your new photos are *chef’s kiss 💋 🤌!! 🪻🌸

I love the bronzer and I love the blushes. The purple is going to be so gorgeous as a summer or even a deep winter look and I could see you wearing maybe the grape colored lipstick from Cle de Peau.. ? Just to stay in that sort of grape purple palette for winter, and super light shimmery pink lip for summer. Thanks for the upload. Always gets my imagination moving for my own makeup.

I had a weak moment and bought the whole Dior lilac set with blush and lip products. I am really enjoying them. I got to try the Miss Dior as a sample and I have to say I like this on much more than just sniffing it at the counter. Thank you for the look today. Oh my gosh thank you! If I had to chose one, I would stick with drunk elephant. I just prefer the warm glow. Makeup By Mario is nice but did not replace my DE.

I adore their blush and bronzers, truly hidden gems. Their mascara is a bit meh in my opinion, it dried it very quickly.

Is the makeup by Mario liquid bronzer similar in any way 2 the Chantecaille sheer glow bronze face tint? If so wat r the similarities & differences?

Oh good question! The Mario one is more neutral/cool, Chantecaille is much warmer and more golden. They're both pretty sheer but I think that the Mario one might have more glow.
