Your cats are like my snakes. When I bring out the vacuum they want to show up and help. Vacuuming with a 20 foot snake climbing up the handle and laying on your shoulders isn't easy.

I am excited to see this vacuum have new features! However, I am disappointed with the hose too. To me a hose should be longer and not some cheap fixed hose. Wonderful job!

I’m glad they updated its design and the Motor but it still has the hose issue but overall it’s still abt the same vacuum also it sounds similar to a 12 amp bissell powerforce bagless during wind down I noticed

One thing that I wish that they can do to this version is make the clear piece on the hose curved like on the display model and the bissell powerforce bagless 6579 so that way you can put it all the way against your wall

15:07 Whenever I park my bissell vacuum cleaners on my carpet when I am using the tools even when my carpet is dirty the lower hose does not shoot debris because I always make sure that the brush does not touch the carpet

I have this model. It's disappointing that the hose is short and it has so few attachments. I used to have a vacuum cleaner from another company and it came with 3 extension wands and several attachable tools. You could reach higher places and cover wider areas so the work went faster.

The motor sounds different than the last model

Don't vacuum anything that is damp or wet with this vacuum. The brush roller has two bearings (# 608Z) and these bearings will automatically seize. What happens is the dirt that accumulates around these bearings solidifies with the dampness just like cement and the brush roller then seizes and then the belt breaks because the motor keeps spinning, burning up the belt. A design flaw. I was given two of these PowerForce Heliz vacuum cleaners and this happened to both units. That is why they were both given to me for free. You have been warned!

I really don’t like that new vacuum cleaner because the motor doesn’t fucking sound the same as the 1739 and the recent model of the 2191 and the 1240 one which they don’t have that old one anymore
