The latest turnkey project by Big Dutchman Asia is a new broiler breeder farm with 2/3 slats system and suspended NXB (nesting system) with manure pits for improved house hygiene. Keeping the house in its optimum environment is the CombiTunnel ventilation system and RainMaker; efficiently controlled by the advanced ViperTouch computer which also controls the lighting system of the house.
The pre-fabricated building structure is especially designed to withstand the local winds and seismic load of the area. The buildings are built with external column design and bolted steel structure concept. For long lasting and durability, the structures are made of galvanized steel and the walls are PU Panels with flat zincalume ceiling.
