MSD is so kind that he took 12 minutes to say that Northstar stinks. If MSD doesn’t like him then there is a great chance he is not worth it. Too bad because I got lucky and got a 7*.

Truly this is how videos showcase or whatever anyone wants to call them should be made and done. So you know from getgo exactly what it is and what should expect. It’s an old game and very diverse with many other champs and pieces of content. Well done structured. If you keep doing them like this I see I huge recognition respect and love from anyone who watch it and I would say views would just sky up because it’s exactly what it needs to be. Well done.

Arcade I can understand being designed as an annoying defender but Northstar isn't from the looks of it I was right on my initial judgment from what I see in his deep dive. He's ok, he's not bad but there's not much about him that would make you go wow this champ is so good at this or this champ is so powerful in this situation

Got him as a 7*. So disappointing. Every single attacker this year is “too” balanced unfortunately, yet defender they have no issues over balancing.

An adequate level QS is not slow on offense, watch some MSD vids. I wouldn't say he's the fastest either, but he certainly can keep up.

Why do they keep putting out champions that can’t finish a bg fight in less than a minute? Like Arcade is not that great of a defender and he’s putting out poop numbers on offense. Why lol?

Because other game modes outside of BGs exist. Yes, BGs are an important game mode and are keeping a lot of players in the game. But that doesn't mean other modes are non-existent. That's probably why.

@@Abudibu1 Define "these champions" for me. Which ones? And, power creep in games is very much a thing. Relative balance has to be kept in mind. If every month's champs are better than the last, then champions who were praised for their use would become obsolete as the power creep ramps up to a level of which no older champion can match. Balance has to be kept in mind when designing. This is also why they assess each new champ that's been released, and REBALANCE them, if they under or overperform in certain areas they were hoping to hit.

@@abaddon_exe I don’t want Northstar to be completely broken, just usable. The way he is right now there’s just no incentive to pick him up over other older mutants that can do what he does but better. The only place where he shines is Everest content and even there, why would I ever pick him over Onslaught or Stryfe? Make him op in some regard so that he’s worth picking up and actually using.

He's got "utility". He doesn't have to place debuffs. His ramp up is easy to pull off. He's strong for capped damage because he procs red numbers all over the place and can keep it up for quite a long time. I do think his sig should be Crit Damage instead of Physical Resistance. The Physical Resistance seems wasted because he doesn't get anything out of it. It doesn't help his ramp, doesn't let him hit harder. It's just there.

Very true, the physical res is pretty much useless, its not even very good on defense because theres so much direct or energy damage in the game now
