⁠⁠@@devinghost5026 I have known about the 3rd one for a while now… Googled if there was going to be a 3rd movie months ago and it told me… So it’s old news to me, as I try my best to keep up with the news of Rhys Frake-Waterfield’s movies. I am quite enjoying the horror version of children characters. (Plus a 3rd instalment was no surprise) I wouldn’t be surprised if there will be a 4th one and hopefully there is. Unless Ashuramega1000 is talking about the upcoming movie Poohniverse: Monsters Assemble.

Chucky lore is the franchise. The tone and story shifts every 2 seasons/ movies. I feel they need to just keep going and find a perfect movie script either 90 minutes. 120minutes or just make it another season. They are the S tier of franchises

I agree with you Cris I hope The new Chucky movie is put in theaters and of course I don’t have no problem of it keeping the continuity of previous projects but I do want this movie to have the same tone it had for Child’s play 1&2 also I feel like this movie should be the final conclusion for this version of chucky.

- Bad Boys: I didn't catch it yet, but this does look very fun - Thunderbolts: Kinda abstract, but it's pretty interesting they did it like this. Although, I think the bearded emoji is just Red Guardian - Fantastic: A bit odd, but I'll wait and see how they pull it off - Pooh: It's not that surprising, but I don't expect it to happen for a bit. Although it will be a bigger question on how far they'll get - Chucky: Makes sense after S3, it'll be interesting to see what they do next

Freddy VS Jason definitely a good example of a movie that keeps continuity but still functions as a standalone movie especially with that awesome opening monologue from Freddy and montage of footage from his franchise. And it also had a good balance of scary and comedic Freddy. He was funny but not to the characters and it was dark humor that was both funny and terrifying.

The only thing I can think of on how Chucky can be revived is through Tommy's smashed up body buried under the swing in Child's Play 2 coming out in a classic zombie type fashion and sewing his face back up to resemble his scar face appearance.

I think the Fantastic Four being in an alternate universe is the best way to phase them into the MCU stuff without it feeling weird. It takes place in the 60s so I guess just having them transported into the main universe avoids other roadblocks and adding more tedious stuff to keep track of.
