Recently I picked up this coleman mini bike. It's a lot of fun and it's a very capable bike. I thought I would make a video on it. Like always, make sure to Subscribe and I hope you enjoyed the video!

Hey dude! It's been a while, and i've been really trying to find out some good fast engines for motorized bicycles. I have gotten interested in the 79cc 4 stroke monster 80-90 kits. I think this would be a great build for a new bike. I'm going to save up for a zeda with the gas tank in the bike's frame, so that i wouldn't have to deal with the ugly stock tank on top. And maybe some heavy disc brake mods so i don't have to worry about the pads wearing out too fast. You'll get going fast with around 30-35 mph stock. I'm probably going to do a governor delete once i get it, unfortunately i still don't know if it's necessary yet but i'll figure it out. By the way, it's going to be way quieter with the stock exhaust. Videos i've seen have chain noises that are louder than the actual exhaust which is really suprising to me. But please let me know what you think!

Also just for the fact, my build is going to be based on Dungca in motion's whole bike. It's got the zeda dawn bike that is like $599 but is out if stock right now.

I think it would be a great idea. And if you decide to do it please post videos! If I had the budget I would’ve done something similar. I will be posting a motorized bike video soon. It might have something to do with the 4th of July…. Stay tuned.

Those are nicer than the ct200ex. Waayy stronger frame. I like my RT200 best of all the new Colemans (same as RB200 but with RealTree camo) because it's a bit longer & pegs are back farther so I can actually stand on them, also it won't nosedive when braking or quick hard turning like some others do

Great video! I am thinking of picking one of these up. Although I weight 235lb's and worry about the 220lb weight limit.....?
@WhiskersTheFish2 жыл бұрын
I'm 200 pounds and this thing will lift the front tire up if you gun it with bad balance. I know people who are 300+ pounds and these bikes will haul them around just fine. These bikes are made for off-roading so they have torque for days.

@@WhiskersTheFish - Thanks for the reply and that makes me feel way better! I am going to order one :-) I was reading many people do the torque converter upgrade and stage 1 upgrade and it gives around 50% more power!

I'm working on hopping one of these up right now into a flat tracker few more parts I'm waiting on to come in mine will be doing right at 63 mph the best thing you can really do for this bike stock and want to see massive gains is a 50 tooth rear sprocket they're 30 bucks online
@WhiskersTheFish2 жыл бұрын
What do you mean? The bike comes stock with a 50 tooth sprocket, that is what is on there right now. Recently I moved the governor spring to the farthest hole in the governor arm. I gained 2-3mph which is better. If I drill a new hole I can get up to5 more mph. I think getting a 40 tooth would give me more speed. Like I said there is a 50 tooth on the bike right now.

@@WhiskersTheFish that is kind of weird My bike 3 years old it came with a 65 tooth but also the hisun motor on that bike had 3/4 shaft I know the new ones have a 5/8 now I'm running a 10/50 on my jack shaft but upgrading to Tilly and a cvt

@@WhiskersTheFish bypass the governor or take it out throw a stage 1 and a 38 tooth and I hit 61 with just a stage 1 and higher gear with tourqe convertor. On ct200 uex

I love it, wish it was a bit faster but as it is now it’s very reliable and has crazy torque! Enough to do wheelies and burnouts in gravel. Never got in trouble by cops, hopefully I won’t see any.

At max speed or rpm do you get like a vibration from the engine? I have one just like yours and at max speed I get a vibration from the motor. Thank you for the video buddy.
@WhiskersTheFish2 жыл бұрын
Do you still have the throttle stop screw? If you did not unscrew that yet it will vibrate. The jack shaft and clutch together have 2 main engagement stages. First stage tops out at 19mph. 19mph is the bike completely stock with the throttle stop screw. Second stage tops out at 23mph (If you remove screw). If you remove the screw you get up to about 23mph. If you removed the screw, the vibration would be the engine hitting the governor. The reason it vibrates if you still have the screw is because the clutch is in between 1st, and 2nd engagement stage. The screw prevents the clutch from engaging further so I suggest you remove it if you haven't already. A cheap torque converter from Amazon can get you up to 35mph without risk of damaging the engine. I highly suggest you get one. I have just installed a torque converter, performance exhaust, and mikuni carburetor on my bike. I'll make a video on it soon.

@WhiskersTheFish2 жыл бұрын
So far I love it! I've put around 1,000 miles on it now and it has held up very well. I did do some modifications though because I was not happy with the stock top speed of 18 mph. I removed the throttle stop screw, moved the governor spring, and removed the throttle spring. These free mods got my bike to around 27-28mph. For $670 brand new I think this bike is very good and will last you a long time. I highly recommend it.

At the end you say the engine is a clone of the Predator 212. The 196 is a clone of the Honda GX200 and came before there were Predator 212's. The Predator 212 is just a larger version of the 196 and is not a clone.
