I'd like to inquire about a 3BR/2BA, 2-car garage (maybe 3 car garage), 1500-2000 sq/ft home in a similar design like this house (without pool/spa) in the Naples/Bonita Springs area about 10-15 miles inland. New construction or less than 5-year old house is preferable. My price range is between $250K-350K. Is that possible?

Over 200 K in upgrades, that's a lot of upgrades. Does it include the pool, countertops, furniture etc ie there must be more I'm missing ?

Yes, the pool is included. Upgraded countertops, flooring, high ceiling. Furniture is not included. This house was built by Nova Homes, they charge a lot. We can build the same house for lower price. We charge $120 per sqft. Plus a pool $30K-50K.

how come that house and address 141 lamplighter drive has sold for $1,465,000 on zillow ? you say it cost $599,000 with upgrades?

Yes, you are right. This is how people make big money. They buy land for $ 200,000-300,000, then build a house for $ 599,000. And they sell the house for 1.4M
