Can you comment on how far this is in miles and driving time to 5th ave area and popular stores like Trader Joes and Costco.

55 minutes to the 5th ave, 30 min to Costco and Trader Joes.

Hi Tatiana. I have some questions about this home. I absolutely love it!!! Is this still on the market? Also, if it isn’t. Is this a model. Can it be duplicated in a different lot. I’d like to see the street view to see the distance between the homes. Any other information as well, would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanx Tatiana!!

Hi, this community is called Avalon by Pulte Homes. Unfortunately they stopped to build this model. But I can help you to buy the land and we can build the same model for you.

@@USAOpenHouse I wish builders built small homes with nice yards and not condos for older people. So many of us want a small home so we can have pets. We don’t need these huge homes. I wish I could build bungalow homes in a community.
