Ladies, Ladies! 2 of our viewers caught an editing error in this video when it was first posted. Thanks for the heads up. I can only attribute it to covid brain fog lol! It's correct now with the laundry rooms in the right house, LOL!

How about the tax and the insurance

Generally you can estimate about 2.5% for real estate taxes and insurance for a year. we do hope to see insurance rates decrease into the next year.

Hi Noush4283, Thanks for watching our videos! Townhomes are very popular and many builders are beginning to include them in the new home communities. Trevesta has THs as well as Taylor Morrison at Artisan Lakes. Judy keeps up with all the products being built in Parrish. Let's see what she can add.

Thanks for watching and please subscribe if you have not already. No it’s not a 55 +. Currently Crestwind by Kolter in Lakewood Ranch is the only one selling right now. Del Webb is sold out but the possibility of a resale is there. I believe there are plans for 2 more coming in 2025. Is that your preference?

@@FloridaGulfCoastLiving Don't forget Del Webb Bayview in Parrish! There is also an additional Del Webb and another Kolter Community planned for Parrish. That will be Kolter but not a Crestwind Community. We should have details for both late in 2024. What about a 55+ Community interests you? North River Ranch may still have some feature and amenities you'll like.
