I think it was against salvia praha in the CL last year. Viv scored a hat-trick and she got 100 goals for arsenal.

England in the 80s, 90s and 00s was tough for the LGBTQ community. Section 28 was still in place which banned "promotion of sexualities", so there was no TV shows, books etc that allowed LGBTQ characters. Growing up in the 90s England I felt very isolated, so it's so awesome that Mead is discussing it openly, so that LGBTQ people don't feel alone.

I think when you follow someone else's relationship and become invested, and they do breakup it can be awful for you because you have absolutely no control. When you go through your own breakup, you may feel like trash, but at least you have some power over what happens next. And I could be totally incorrect, but I got the feeling that the interviewer knew her to some degree. I hope he did, it is very strange for someone to ask you a question like that a few minutes after just meeting them.

It's strange that people seem to be convinced that Viv left Lisa and Lisa is the victim or something. How do we know that Lisa didn't leave Viv and why are people judging Viv for falling in love "too fast"? How do you know Lisa hasn't got a special someone already as well?

It's been pretty clear since before Viv went to The Olympics last year that Lisa was over the whole being Viv's girlfriend thing and very effectively changed the whole dynamic by changing agents away from the same one as Viv and by going to West Ham on loan (this wasn'ta last minute thing decided by Arsenal). Also even as recently as the last day of last season Viv was trying to put on a show of still being with Lisa and Lisa was clearly not interested in playing those games. Sadly people feel the need to think that Viv ended the relationship because within football fans in UK Lisa was only ever seen as Viv's not so good player girlfriend when she already had an established and successful career long before she met Viv.

@@siennaorton2462 it was pretty clear from before the start of the season and in the vlogs Lisa was doing that she did not feel comfortable putting on an act of still being in a relationship with Viv when the vlogs featured Viv. In the clips where Lisa was with thee West Ham squad she was as relaxed as ever but when on camera with Viv Lisa looked like she was putting on a front and not really comfortable when Viv tried showing her any sort of affection. As recently as at Emma & Ivan's wedding Viv made sure to post pictures of her near Lisa and Lisa wasn't even attempting to hide how uncomfortable she was at being put in that position. Also how disrespectful of her new girlfriend who claims Viv has already said I love you to was it to go to a wedding with the new girlfriend yet try to make it look like there still might be something with the ex girlfriend?

Enjoyed this video a lot and I’m so glad Beth was so honest and open and get a little insight to their relationship. Good to know that breakups are always hard and you really don’t know happened Viv between Lisa and so glad you shared this great video. It’s interesting the Beth says when she was younger there was no LGBTU representation and it’s a lot better now. Thank you so much for sharing this video

Representation matters. So important that Beth tries to show representation she didn't see growing up 12 years ago. In every relationship you have the idea/thought that it would last forever, like in fairy tales. The truth is that some relationships do fall apart and it takes a while to wraü your head around it. The thing is that we don't really know how long ago Beth and DvD as well as Lisa and Vivianne actually broke up. I was a little surprised that Viv made the first moves.

YAY, Banana bread!! Please say you don't make it with nuts?! I made 4 batches yesterday for neighbors. It's the bomb! Love it big time. I'm a straight gal, but love all my gays. I feel just awful people have to go through hell saying who they love. My heart breaks for everyone going through the tough times. LOVE IS LOVE!!! It's 2022 for Christ Sakes!!

Well Sam and Nikki were together for a long time then broke up now both happy in New relationships Nikki seems really happy with Pinoes sister! DVD happy with Ellie and for all we know Lisa might be in a new relationship??? These things happen no matter who?? Still some strong relationships thriving!!good luck to them all!! Take care👍👍👍👍

Still think this relationship has moved very quickly seeming photos of Viv and Lisa were coming out only a few months ago. Very quick to say I love you. Bit of a kick in the teeth for Lisa.

Lisa had removed herself from the equation long before any rumours about Viv & Beth started. It still shows how little Lisa was valued as a person and player in her own right with the way everyone kind of thinks heaping pity on her because Viv is now with Beth when Lisa is clearly much happier and looking healthier than she ever did with Viv and at Arsenal

WHEN I SAW VIV WENT TO IBIZA WITH SOME GIRLS OF THE TEAM, INCLUDING BETH BUT WITHOUT LISA, I FELT ( INSIDE) THAT VIV AND LISA WERE NO LONGER TOGETHER, THE PICTURES SHOWS VIV AND BETH SO CLOSE SINCE THEN.

@@sophiam642 oh the helden magazine one? no she's talking about her therapist lol. the entire article in dutch was about how Viv's basically been transformed by therapy and it has made her more open to her feelings and more open with her teammates. She is talking about how her sessions with her therapist helped to unlock a lighter side to herself. Might it have helped her to be more open to finding love with Beth? possibly!

Y'all need to stop being so invested in other people's personal lives. If you can't do that then at least keep it to yourselves and don't feel like you're entitled to making judgements when you literally don't know Jack about them. People need to stop being creepy and inappropriate.
