I have one, it's better to get the Mavic or air series. This one has no internal fan so it will overheat if it's very hot outside or if not in flight

@@edward7282 no way. Fan is almost meaningless when flying. I sold my Mavic 3 pro after getting this and never looked back

@@demonhogo you sold your mavic 3 pro for this? The M3pro is better in every way except price and lightness I'm about to sell my mini 4 pro for a mavic 3 or air 3. The thing is, I sometimes want to use it as a handheld camera so it's not always in flight. As a result, it overheats after like 15minutes and I have to cool it down by flying it up in the air.

@@edward7282 I don’t know how much professional experience you have filming anything, but my point is the usability of a camera is always more important than the quality of a camera. If you widen your perspective a little bit, you’ll realize people have created great things with much worse cameras than are out today. and conversely, people have created a lot of crap right now on KZfaq with vastly superior cameras. Just something to think about.

Hi, thank you for the video. I have 2 questions: 1. There is Rocksteady in Avata, but in the Mini4PRO if you flying with RCM2 how will you make the records smooth? 2. When you drive Avata close to the ground, it will become too slow. Do you think DJI will make an update on Avata too, where you can disable a bottom sensors?

Excellent video! I’m a soon to be first time drone owner as I just ordered this drone. P.S. It looks like on the top of the drone around one of the object detection cameras, the camera housing is separating from the body. Did you have a crash with the Mini 4 Pro?

Hey billy, great work on the video! I have a quick question regarding the bottom obstacle sensors. With the DJI Mini 4, you're able to fly with the Drone chest height and use active track. With other drones when you activate active track, the Drone automatically flies further behind you slightly upward to about 12 ft. I'm sure this is a safety feature or something. However, when the DJI Mini 4 Pro came out, you were able to finally get active track video shots of yourself at a normal video recording height that looks like someone is recording you with a handheld camera which is absolutely awesome. However, my mavic 3 Pro doesn't do this. I know this update is coming to the mavic 3 Pro soon, but with the update the air 3 just got, are you able to fly chest or face height and still use active track? Thanks!

The frame on your M4P is loose or something, the frame of the body shouldn't be sticking out like that. Really minor but I couldn't help but notice.

How do I choose the parallel side? Was tryin that out yesterday and the Mini kept defaulting to filling me from the left side and I needed it to be on the right.

Worked great before this update, now its junk, i had this drone on release date and it worked so well at obstacles avoidance and since this latest update it just crashes into stuff, it also fly's so aggressive in active track

I plan on getting the Mini 4 Pro but one thing I couldn’t help but notice is does the Mini 4 Pro not have front/head LED’s? This by absolutely no means will deter me from buying the drone, Im still definitely buying it, Im just curious

Yeah no head LED’s, they are just on the back. It does have a bottom auxiliary LED, however.

I see they added Remote ID to the firmware so that if you use an extended flight battery on takeoff your telemetry and location will be broadcast via remote ID automatically.

In the previous firmware version, all batteries will perform RID broadcast. After upgrading to the latest, RID will only take effect on the extended battery.

A great video as always but could you please please please as the first KZfaqr worldwide measure the latency between the goggles Integra and Mini 4 pro? Is it 40 milliseconds like the Avata or 150 milliseconds like to the remote Controller?

@@LovesM855A1 hey cool thanks alot! how Do you know? have you measred it? To me the latency between the Integra and the Mini 3 pro felt more like 80 to 90 milliseconds but I dropped it in a lake so I can't measure it anymore.

@billykyle Yeah right, my mini 4 pro had a little accident and it's sensing obstables even if there's none. The calibration feature for mini 3/3 pro was added very quick to the app but don't know why it's not available for the mini 4 pro yet 🤷‍♂️

Updated the firmware this AM .Then my SD card refused to read..spent about hour and half with DJI Support ..no clue why this happened so they want me to send it back..if its something on their end ..Free repair..if not I have to use my Refresh Care @ $65.00 ...gets mailed out in AM ..Any others having this bizarre issue? Great drone otherwise ! Just sold off the Mini 3 Pro to pay most of the Mini 4..but I started of with the original Mini then(3 )Mini 2s ,Mini 3 now the 4

No its not ,when I tap on the screen it does not switch back and forth from sd to remote in camera settings..so I just mailed out the drone this am and will get another one from DJI and see what they have to say after they get mine..thought it was strange that it happened ..thanks for getting back to me and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year !
