Absolutely love how this turned out!! As an interior designer, I think this is one of the few times I would recommend tying the curtains! It's a cute, playful touch and would make cleaning the floors a little easier 😉 The length is perfect because it still reaches past the windowsill, adding dimension. Great work!!

Love how it all came out! Definitely a fan of the curtains straight down. I’ve also seen wooden beaded curtain clips that could hold them back from the window if that’s what you’re wanting. I feel like those would fit the vibe of the room.

The playroom is awesome! Lucky kids! 🤗 For any other room, I would have the curtains down, but because it’s a playroom, tied is more whimsical and playful! Have you considered getting a foam mattress topper and cut it to fit the tent floor, then wrap the blanket around it? It will be more comfortable and help keep the blanket in place.

Everything looks awesome!! I think the tied curtains look the best for that space… also, for your reading tent, you can buy an xl dog bed to put in there so the kids aren’t sitting on the floor… 🤷🏼‍♀️. Just a suggestion. 😊. Either way, that space is so magical and fun!!

I love the curtains tied. They just seem more playful or playroom-y to me tied up. The room is just gorgeous! Lol it makes me want to play dress up with my baby doll and go grocery shop for some plastic food 😅

I usually don’t comment because I watch on my tv, but I came here to say this is SO beautiful! Your best room makeover by far. All the personal touches and thought makes this such a lovely playroom. I love the idea of taking out all the smaller toys and making this a creative & learning space. It’s great for a home daycare inspiration as well. ❤

Soooo cute! Great ideas. Personally I like the curtains in a knot.. it give it a whimsical look but also less likely for the kiddos to trip, catch on, or snag them. I could totally see my little tripping and ripping them down lol.

That's amazing! So many cute things...love the wallpaper, the tent, the pillows...so many things. Even the dogs liked the tent. I like to peel sunburned skin too. 😊
