Hi mate I’d definitely pull it apart again and check those pull and push the shaft like we did in the video it should move freely if not it’s popped out the. It could maybe be a dodgy cv joint? Also go into a empty space like a car park and drive in a circle left and right if you hear clicking/knocking when doing this the cv joint is dodgy hopefully this helped

@@thomas9434 no didn’t lose it all I just decided to let it drain as I wanted fresh fluid in it if you jack the car really high on one side the oil should barely come out

@@6uiltdifferent I just bought Fiesta, and his left dipped did not work (but he fixed/changed that before I gave him money). So it was ok, and now, one week later both are not working. In glovebox there are a lot of fuses in bag. But it is strange, fuse won't go without a reason (if it is fuse). I don't know if I should fix that or ignore it because I never use dipped (on first position). At least AC is working, I bought 2007 Fiesta 1.4/59kw for 2500 Euro.

@@Anton008 a fuse can go at any point it may see a spike for whatever reason never disregard it mate

@@6uiltdifferent Btw can you tell me when is "side light" on? I just noticed that only main light is working on my car now. On front light I have main light, dipped light and side light (little one next to main). On first switch position, only back light is on (red) and on second (last) position front main is on and back position(red). When should side light be on?

Hi mate if I’m honest I don’t really recall having a spacer in mine was just the bearing held on by the 2 13mm nuts, have you jacked it up and check for play in the arms wheel bearing etc? Suspension mounts

Try changing that bearing held on by X2 13mm nuts too apparently it’s a one use item I didn’t know this until I changed the shaft mines been ok but I’ve heard people have had knocks as it’s worn out

@@6uiltdifferent not had the whole front up on stands yet but all drivers side is new apart from bearing though the clicking/knocking noise was from burst cv boots both inner and outer so changed full shaft but once cars up to temp there is a click when coming to a stop.

@@tonyboland3366 checked the tightness of the wheel? I had this the other week might sound silly but it can be the simplest of things

Do you reckon it's worth a try? The bearing on my drivers side driveshaft is knackered so that's why I'm replacing it.
