If I were to describe the NE.Offense ,I would say " Formless"..the jeet Kune do of football. So,how do you beat it.? With a FLEXIBLE,and hard hitting Defense.

You beat it by making everything as hard as possible. That includes stopping the run, re routing or pressing receivers, chipping backs out of the backfield, and pressuring Brady up the middle. Easier said than done, but that's what you gotta do. Brady kills Pittsburgh every year because they're a very passive defense. @@hpfootball2547 You'd think by now The rest of the NFL would realize Edleman is his go to guy.Take him out of the play and least you take away 50- 100yrd a game. But easier said than done.

@@richardv.582 Yes easier said than done. Edelman has mainly struggled when corners get aggressive in their press and play trail to take away his underneath routes. Also New England lives off of defenses paying too much attention to one guy. They make such quick adjustments to attack you another way.

Damn no wonder you can't play zone or blitz vs the Pats they just kill you underneath no matter what adjustment you make someone will always be open for 5yd hitch out or in somewhere
