So, I also used a functional medicine doctor. A very popular ine in fact and I'm here to tell you that celery juice is the one thing that pitied me out of a reactivation that would not go away even with LDN. I'm puzzled by how we got to a point where patients know more about what works than the people we overpay to know.

The fatigue is off the charts as well as so many other issues like weight gain, brain fog, foggy eyes, and poor digestion. I will have to see if I can get my Dr to do a mold test. Thanks for the video! I wish I had seen this years ago ( I did the celery diet and full diet cleanse for 90 days and did not change my #s one bit!)

After my MCS worsened after Covid and especially a dental treament, even so I had to sleep in a tent in the garden since I could no longer handle our home, I wished doctors like you were arround and affordable. Whats even worse than mold that keeps the circle of illnless running, is the lack of finding the doctors that can look deep enough and are yet sill affordable.... Mold was off the charts literally (orchotoxins), metals (arsenic) - nothing in mouth. Lyme co-infections killed that with with EBOO and methylene blue thank God! Two less ;) Long haul covaids with antibodies from natural immunity from march 2020 (well, autumn 2019 to that point too) of >8,000, EB over 600.00. I'm doing to doing DesBio homeopathic. Still doing acupuncture, HBOT, etc ut maaaaan. Still out of my work. Brain not the same, the fatigue, from a healthy, active, energetic with out coffee life. It's depressing and lonely but I keep faith, hope and gratitude. Thanks for explaining and confirming.

Is there a way to force the testing there and get the results? I really need good advice. There was so much water damage and stuff it's got to be bad and I believe contributed to my health problems too. Bet he never checked for Radon either and I'm told it's a high radon area there. I was so bedridden living there, after years of having to deal with EBV before I moved in! Please someone help me with this. He's a horrible man and landlord who needs a knot jerked in his butt and no one else should have to go through this.

If you are still living there maybe time to move on. can check with state or county environmental health dept. where you live. County may have free radon test kit. Home depot use to have mold test kits and radon kits. You are right to take this seriously but perhaps the most toxic thing is your landlord, so Bad for your emotional health whixh affects medical health as you know. Sounds like you will take charge and take care of this and will have a happy ending soon.

I got hay fever for the first time the same year we moved into our house which we only recently realised had a mold problem due to water damage. Environmental allergies are a symptom of immune dysfunction. My hay fever got worse and I developed low grade depression, anxiety and tiredness which gradually snowballed over the years into severe ADD, ocd, suicidal anhedonia and chronic fatigue syndrome, Whilst my mum had increasing tiredness, migraines, aches, pains, insomnia and UTI’s as the mold grew. My dad lives the same lifestyle and diet as us, has tons of mercury fillings (my mum and I have none) and he has lots of energy and zero health issues. He must have a very strong immune system since I have NO memory of him ever being bed bound with a viral illness or cold.

I was just wondering why I get throwing up migraines after eating things others seem to eat regularly like dry onion soup mix, regular canned soups, even a few sips of wine, etc. I see lots of folks using these in recipes, but I can't. I never figured the chronic Epstein might be the reason until I was listening to you. I was told years ago that I had the three highest markers for EB the doctor ever saw, that I should take it easy or I'd be bedfast rest of my life. Well, I thank God because I haven't been able to take great care of me for past 17 years due to being caregiver for MIL, my mom, my dad and now my husband, yet I am still going. I do nap more, often daily, and I've said so often, I don't know why I stay so tired. I suppose considering everything I'm doing ok.

Kay - Histamine comes to mind with the migraine-inducing foods you mentioned. EBV and other infections (especially gut infections) can make you more sensitive to histamine, which is involved in headaches and migraines. In our practice, we also commonly see the vomiting type of migraines associated with SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth). I know that caregiving requires a tremendous amount of physical and emotional energy, and I hope that you can find some ways to take good care of yourself. ❤️

I had botox and lip fillers done almost a year ago. 4 days after that procedure my body went HAYWIRE. I was in and out of the hospital for weeks, no one knew what was going on. It felt like I was dieng. Things would come in stages. I kept telling the doctors i thought it was from the botox and almost every doctor told me that it “wasn’t possible”🙄.. so I did tons of my own research and found different. I believe botox triggered EBV in my body.. I still go through terrible flare ups and I am trying to figure out how to get a hold of it.

@SharpPear 2 жыл бұрын
Look into monolaurian pellets, l lysine , and sleep as much as you can. Also take epsom salt baths. This helped me when I would have flares. Oh, and look into vitamin c IV . I recently started on a blood type diet. It may possibly be helping. Will update in a few months, but definitely something to consider. Wishing you healing.
@kathyburton2008
@kathyburton2008 2 жыл бұрын
Sounds like you have a hidden autoimmune problem. People with a tendency to inflammatory cytokene get triggered by Epstein Barr, Lyme, covid and some other particular viruses. The Botox and fillers are just making your immune system react. Be careful with covid because that might disregulate you further and trigger off some wild symptoms plus EBV activation, so keep some ivermectin handy just incase. Ivermectin is good for EBV activation as well as covid. Try a very clean diet without grains. Eat wild meat, goats dairy, plenty of anti inflammatory greens and vegatables like Mediterranean 50% raw. Cut out sugar. Try kifers for building up your gut and brain barrier, that's if you can tolerate it but don't if you have histamine problems like mast cell activation which is common in people with EBV. I also take L, glutamine and NAC and magnesium powders. And potassium rich foods. Vitamin C, B zink, copper. To avoid viral replication in the saliva of EBV put iodine in a mouth wash and nasal spray, it's also excellent for reducing covid infection.

I eventually recovered to 100% and resumed all activities until 2 months ago I had to have the rabies vaccine due to bat exposure. It caused by EBV to come back with a vengeance. I have a clean diet. Spent THOUSANDS on supplements and doctors (including ND's) but told my liver doesn't metabolize.Also had Lyme Disease. Recent lab work for BB and 10 infections is negative. It took 2 years to grt correct blood work, but its better now.. Yay! It's a mental battle too!. Now we enter into dark winter months in Northern MI and I am not looking forward to it. Astringent fruits. I didn’t believe at first, but I tried and it does work! Dark grapes (preferably w seeds) - juice them. Watermelon (with seeds) is fantastic for draining sinuses and such, which is good because a lot of people have sinus issues because of fungus/mold/yeast. I even keep some cuties/halos (mandarin oranges) in the fridge and juice by hand about 4-5 of them to drink first thing in the morning. Just as important is.. avoiding foods that are yeast/mold/fungus. Such as: cheese, mushrooms, breads, etc. If you don’t avoid them, you’re just making the problem worse. The best fruits are dark grapes, melons and citrus. A lot of people have issues w sulfur foods, which is strange because sulfur lessens glycation and is great for your liver. I think those people have issues w lymphatic drainage, so the fruits above would be good to have in the diet to help w that.. just not eaten at the same time. I believe people with hardcore sulfur/sulfite intolerances have an overgrowth of candida, but they may also get the flu and pneumonia vaccines, which use lipids as a vessel. Makes everything sluggish in cells and blood because lipids don’t belong IN you cells. I think vaccines that use this lipid vessel are causing the intolerance to sulfur, etc. But, this last part here is only my opinion.

I've been dealing with chronic illness for 10 months. After seeing several general practitioners, after spending $3k, being prescribed many SSRI type drugs, I finally moved onto a functional medicine doctor. The general medical clinic would not do good blood work nor toxin tests, after we put the pieces together that I was exposed to mold in a house without knowing. Moved out of there. The functional doctor started with me 8 weeks ago, with more extensive blood work, toxin urine test, stool GI and gene tests. The toxin tests came back with very high levels of Ochratoxin A and Citrinin. It was discovered I have a methylation detox gene issue, and from the delayed blood test results received a few days ago, it shows Epstein Barr Virus activation. GI test showed leaky gut condition. I've been on gut repair supplements and diet for a bit. Just started a few more supplements for viral suppression. The continuing fatigue, brain fog, balance being off, has been the worst part of this experience. I am self employed and my woodworking career and business has been crushed from the last 10 months of illness, including on and off herniated disc issues. Not sure if that is related. The financial and mental stress has been great as well, being able to work only 2-3 hours a day, closing my cabinet and remodel outfit/ shop and becoming sensitive to many of the materials I work with on a daily basis. I am hoping the new supplement regiment will help to start clearing up the mentioned symptoms and swollen lymph nodes and brain. What are others' experiences with a similar situation that has worked to remedy and get your life back on track to "normal"?

If you get the VAxx, you can reactivate. Happened to me. Still have EBV almost 2 yrs later. I get checked every 3 months. I was in remission just before those shots. Also, Long Hauler syndrome is just catching C19 and then reactivating your EBV. It's funny how all medical call it long-hauler syndrome instead of what it really is...reactivated EBV or CAEBV (Chronic Activated). Ask yourself why this is. Because it is a BIG money maker for the medical community. You can get Lupus, RA, MS, Chronic Fatigue, Hashimoto's Thyroid Disorder, type 2 diabetes, and cancers from active EBV which is absconding your B cells. It tricks the body into fighting itself, which weakens us, then takes over until finally you get these various diseases.

I suspect that I have had toxin (mycotoxin?) exposure in the past. I was diagnosed with spinocerebellar ataxia a yr ago, have had an EVB infection that has reactivated multiple times, have diabetes mellitus and hydratinitis surrupteva. But I am low income & am unable to work. How do I find an ND that will/can work within insurance as much as possible and/or will accommodate my budget?

There are integrative M.D.s that use naturopathic as well as conventional treatments that your insurance might cover. Am in an on-line support group that is great: Finding Your Joy, Overcoming Chronic Illnesses Together.

Same - disabled. ALL my treatments have been out of pocket. You save, priorities, don't get nails and hair done, no clothes, no eating out, no smart device. Any one who works "with insurance" is working for the g o v and you will NOT get help, answers or treatments. trust me not or later. I hope you didn't get "the shots" and that you get no more if you did. Making it all worse. Hear ya, fellow 'sweet' person (DM). Cut ALL seed oils IMMEDIATELY! Worse than sugar. What you will likely find is an ND that will work with payment plans. TAKE IT. Insurance? Ha. You're lucky if you even have medicaid. I was declined. Frontline "hero" really zero. How are you now? Prayers for you

She’s saying celery juice is not an appropriate treatment but everyone in the comments is saying celery juice cleared them of acute infectious mononucleosis. Which is it?

I have heard many people say it works. Now celery Juice is spoken openly by Anthony William. Now I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and told to drink Celery Juice and at the time was unaware that it was connected to EBV but yet the doctor who told me knew but never told me the connection. Use your best judgment why she would call it out as not good but yet it works.
