Great video, well for me I recently bought the equipment defender trimmer and blower rack got the blower rack put on hopefully tomorrow trimmer rack. Took me a while to set up, I thinks it’s going to be well worth. Thanks

I just purchased a equipment defender rack...I love it...lol funny thing I had it parked in my yard. Return from the store...find that my weed eater is missing off the defender rack...real story...lol I have the combination code lock which I dont like...lol smh. But they picked the locked...I'll like to have the key style...myself its better...

I was back and forth on green touch or equipment defender until I saw this review. Helped me decide to go with Equipment Defender because of the small stuff you were showing no one else did.

I just bought the Equipment Defender trimmer racks and absolutely love it.. Now green touch isn't junk " except for that awful green color " but these are a bit better imo.. Great review Danny..

I'm still liking the Green Touch, but with the old style engine supports. I love the powder coating, much more durable. I like the simplicity of the Green Touch locking mechanism. I have no issues with my locks and the weather. I'd like to see you do a side by side review of the Defender blower rack vs. the Green Touch blower rack.

Great video! I've been seeing the equipment defender more and more on instagram and would have to say they take this one. I will definitely take them into consideration when buying my first racks. Plus, I'd rather have black than green lol.

I have a stihl fs 91 and a curved shaft stihl stick edger and also have stihl fs45 curved shaft can I mount those to this.my trailer is square tubing on the sides it's a home made trailer

do you grease your echos trimmers shafts and gearbox and how often and with what grease. can you use any white lithium grease?

Ral Silver yes i do. Once a year. I buy the echo lubricant offline. So honestly I'm not sure if white lithium could or would work

Can you swap the posts and engine supports around and use them backwards of how they are mounted in the video? I'm looking to put them in an enclosed trailer and would prefer to have the hot exhaust side facing away from the trailer wall.

Donald Wright the water rack and spool rack will NOT Work with round tube railing. The trimmer rack, blower rack and sprayer rack will though. I’d be more than happy to help install the racks though

The defender's look nice but you showed a weakness to them. Green touch lock is sunk in the rack vs. the defender lock been easy to snatch out. A professional theft would put a crowbar behind that little defender lock and pry that lock down and off. To be honest this video just gave a blueprint for thieves. But hey it's a good review.

V.I.P Lawnservice & Landscape hey where are you from I’m Greg from Vip also Brisbane I keep asking these guys aren’t they concerned about theft or rain in the equipment I’ve never seen anything like these racks in Brisbane Same as there edgers they really push them Don’t know about you but I do everything with my shindaiwa brushcutter which they call trimmer line over there

Hey quick question I noticed the engine mounts were not all the way back say under the gas tank I have the husqvarna 525L and I have the engine mount under the motor it has like a plastic piece that protects the tank..should I bring that mount back like yours more under handle?

First.. Great Review Video Danny. I would have to say Equipment Defender won. That locking mechanism is pretty sound.How many Vending Machines do you see getting robbed by the key lock? Message.!

the key lock is pickable but more of a pain in the ass than to do other method usually 30 sec drilling is the easiest way for that lock. on this new system its the weak point is the allen key. i would only feel ok if i welded that, but it still looks better than the green touch imo. if i were to design one id like to see one holding them vertical but using that style of mounting/locking system, wouldnt need a engine rest that way also.

We recommend anyone concerned with theft to pack the allen heads with silicone or epoxy.

Why? Cheaper, thinner metal, cheap locks, lots of sway, green color most paint black anyway lol. If research is done it’ll show ED is way better made for the money. Oh and did I mention most products are cheaper in $$$$ than GD.
