I picked up the Bonds of Matrimony Tee when it first released and tbh it’s the only item that actually represents/screams ERD as you mentioned. Everything else is leather on leather or some shirts with sketch drawings. I hope moving forward they release further similar tees with a story like this.

Bro I just looked at ERD's website to get an idea of what they're doing because you talk them up so much... IMO it's elevated streetwear. T shirts, hoodies & pants. There's some ok jackets & coats. Rick said if you want to be a designer you have to make clothes. Like get your hands into the action drawing sketches, cutting patterns, sewing, modifying & reiterating. To my eyes it looks like ERD distresses & prints stuff on clothes.

do you know if erd usually sells through for stores? and if not, what do the stores do with stock as they usually don’t discount. i’m wondering about these sellers on secondary sites with full size runs for certain items and the authenticity

It should be emphasized that Penn not only sued Daniels, but that Daniels settled and issued an apology. ERD can put out this shirt (tho obviously with a very low distribution) without fear of lawsuit is because they can argue they are simply transposing existing headlines and quotes onto a shirt - and within a cultural work, that's something very different than making the allegation. A shirt that re-prints an old tabloid piece about space aliens is obviously not endorsing such a claim, its purpose is humorous or ironic.
