Basically Factor has a branding issue going on. Solution: The V2 Ostro should be called Factor One VAM or something like that. Happy days

That's a pretty good assessment actually. The Ostro V2 is in actual fact the One V2 (or is it 3?!) Like it!

It seems that we have reached a plateau in bike development since the only actual changes are derived by the relaxed UCI rules. It's the same for SL7/SL8 and other brands. Kinda boring to have a NBD nowadays, but it's certainly a good time to buy used older models. I also prefer the look of the previous Ostro as I don't like the very thin top tube. But hey, it's at least a microwatt and a gram and a half saved.

I said the same thing when the SL8 came out, not swapping out the SL7. I lasted about a week 😂. I’m a magpie love shiny ✨ and new. New factor looks 👌🏼. But yeah not sold on all marketing claims but they need to sell new bikes so there are alway wild claims

My resistance is like a wet paper bag.....LOL. The claims are a bit all over the place. Aero is very hard for the punter to verify, but the weight can be of course.

lol disk brakes on road bike, you can tell a cyclist is either a NOOB or has sold out if they ride a disk road, what a joke. There will be a comedy series 20 years in the future dedicated for road disks, ridiculous

disc brakes aren't perfect, but I guess all the pro peloton must be 'noobs' then....
