Tom met Nova when she was a club promoter. He found a flyer she put out, so he called her, she asked him for a sample of his music, liked it and put him in the line up to perform on stage. So you could say that Nova discovered Tom. This was in Western Canada. They remained friends, and became a 9yrs ago. They're both from Canada, but Nova most of her of her younger years in Jamaica, that's why she spoke patois in her Problem video. Please react to Nova's song Hey You....

Just subbed! Tom and Nova met in 2008 and have been a couple since 2016. Here are some other songs by Nova. Hey you, Dear Nova , Did your best,Wishing Well, Gang Gang ( has behind the scenes footage), Jesus on my neck, Genghis Khan, Call me Batman just to name a few. Nova was signed to Def Jam until they screwed her over. Hey You and Wishing Well arr her FU to the label. This song is about her struggle with mental illness. There was one part , I am not sure you caught but she spoke in Jamacian Patois . She spent about 4 years in Jamaica on and off when her Dad was living there. Hope you do more Nova! Loved the reaction!❤

Moore talanted then tom, But he become alot better, But this is like 10 years ago where they recoded freestyles (is a video aswell) She was Signed to def jam because we actully tried to do some co sign. Its crazy no one ever even tried to break down this insane good lyrics meaning, its offcourse impossible do it first time... But someone should do it :) Almost No one even mention she does a part in patois (she grew up in Jamaica)
