A KZfaqr once commented that it was saying "I'm a Ford. I'm a Ford. I'm a Ford." and now I hear that every time my truck does it. Doesn't bother me though.

Tailgate opening is in the middle just to keep their tailgate step, and hauling a camper myself have needed to access the bed can be a pain the gate would be nice to have

I know ford is behind on releasing the 2024.. but at this point of the year, shouldn't the 2025's be coming out? In a few weeks? Seems like manufacturers are always releasing products at different times.... Great video!~

Grill looks cheap as hell, and no thank you on that tailgate. With how much used prices have tanked for these, I’d just buy a lightly used one before the refresh.

I have got to wonder how strong is the side opening tailgate hinge since it will definitely get used as a lifting aid as a person steps onto the kick step, then to the bumper, finally to the bed.

This refresh is kinda a fail. No dynamic LED’s on the 402A, like the 2021-2023 The 3.5EB is a paid option after being a standard feature from 2021-2023 The driver display is so generic compared to the 2021-2023. The different modes when showing the animation of the truck now show a plain F-150, when it used to show a Tremor. Glad I got a 23 and paid less

im super happy with my 22 F150 Tremor, and yes i love the Dynamic LEDs. the only thing i like about the new update is the front bumper (being easily removable, can bolt on a barrier guard, etc). everything else i prefer on the 2021-2023 like you say.

Leds should be standard. Noone uses regular bulbs in life, in homes or otherwise, why would you?

I've always liked the Tremor. I wish I would have been able to spec that tailgate into my '24 Lariat PB order in March but they weren't available yet.

Wish I had a need for the Tremor, but an XLT PB would be way better suited for my use case.

I'm done with Ford until they start putting 4A on XLTs. I thought traction control could help make up for that. I was wrong.

Looks extremely capable and comfortable. Not sure about that tailgate. Kinda like the idea of the bigger one Ram has. But I'd have to use it to see. The tech looks well done though. Nice truck. Now, give us a Ranger Tremor Ford! Not everyone needs or wants a Raptor.

I'd rather have the one piece that the Ridgeline has. But I guess they figure that is too long or not strong enough on a full size truck.

@@plmn93 Exactly. That would be too damn long on a full size. Plus, what's the advantage of just one? And imagine if you had a trailer hooked up. I drove a 2019 Ram with the split gate and I used to walk up and pop just the one side open, throw stuff in then shut it. Too easy.

@@Dusdaddy The advantage is that it's lighter, cheaper, and easier to use. No reason you couldn't put the stops in opening like Ford does here to avoid hitting anything.

It looks terrible. Like some early 2000s modular front end that the manufacturer just swaps the insert from base model to premium.

80k is rediculous for features that should be standard today. 12" infotainment, leather, heated sets should not be an option. It's 2024 these features have been around. Greedy companies making crap vehicles

The cost of this trim is too much. You can get a f250 with locking rear axle for less. You should show that truck so people are aware of it.

@@nordlandak6853That's just silly. What makes an F150 "less truck"? Lower payload/towing? Then I guess an F350 is the only real truck. Oh wait, make that an F450, oops.....I guess a F550.

It still uses the 10 speed transmission jointly designed between GM and Ford. I highly doubt ford will ever create another transmission as everything is (gradually) moving to EVs now so there is no point.

The transmission is fine. If they survive on my job sites and the quarry, I'm sure you'll be fine. I've yet to have a transmission issue.

My Ford 10 speed transmission in my 2023 is fine.
