I wanted to make clear that I do not think wheels should be breaking, I’m disappointed that one set of mine broke. But at this stage I think it’s acceptable purely because Luxario is willing to replace anything. For me, customer service is everything. Obviously there’s an issue with the wheels breaking in the first place, and like I said in the video if there is an issue with these wheels in a years time, you’ll hear from me again.
