It's crazy that the dosage went up, but the chalky went WAY down. I mixed 2 scoops in one of those small coffee that hotels give you for free (since im traveling) and the 2 scoops, despite there being very little water, mixed SO EASILY and went down with way better test and almost no chalkiness. I still drank more water afterward as is recommended, but as far as overall formula this is an insane improvement IMO

so it’s better then the old formula considering it doesn’t have banned stuff will it also make u sweat like crazy?

I saw they have creatine. The daily dose of it. Do I still need to take creatine?
